“I could hardly wait to get my hands on your book,” said Doug Griffiths, B.A., B.Ed., Member of the Legislative Assembly for the Battle River – Wainwright Constituency of the Alberta Legislature. “It’s so important that the people of this area know their history. Of course, I’d be glad to ensure they have ready access to No Corner Boys Here.”

And with that, Doug ordered 24 copies of No Corner Boys Here, a history in two volumes. The books will be distributed to each of the public libraries in the Battle River – Wainwright Constituency, at no cost to the library.

Thank you for your generosity, Doug. Your understanding and appreciation of our province’s history, and of the people who created it, is absolutely tremendous.
